review 1: Smart provides an interesting and useful approach to evaluating potential new hires. I owe the job I have now to the fact that the manager was reading this book at the time I applied. Otherwise, I'd never have gotten an interview. Now that I'm doing a bit of recruiting myself, this book has been very helpful in finding ways to sort through the masses of candidates to find the ones who will best fit in our organization.
review 2: I found this to be a new way to look at evaluating both what is really need in a position and the fit of the person being evaluated.
