review 1: If the word selling makes you think of a greasy haired salesman with a briefcase you probably need to read this book. You're constantly selling in life, whether it's convincing someone about an idea in a conversation, acing an interview or actually selling a service or product you believe in. Great book that really changed my thinking. The Audible version is totally badass as it's self narrated by the master of sales himself.
review 2: Oh Yeah, I just finished reading this book a few weeks ago. Grant is an awesome writer and I learned lots from reading his book! Just can't remember it all at the moment. Darn I really need to start taking notes when I read... One of the things that I really learned from Grant is that I have been brainwashed into thinking the ... moreway I think and that I have to retrain my brain to think positive instead of negative. He also said that I have to stay away from negative people because the deprogram me instead of inspiring me. One of the things that I really remember is that Grant pointed out this thinking....we've all heard money doesn't grow on trees.... and so that's what we say over and over and over again......BUT... money is paper and paper does come from trees so MONEY does grow on TREES !!! less
