review 1: Two years ago four girls from different social cliques were paired up for a service project and realized that they could fill a need at their private school by getting even with those who abuse others. DGM was born and they've kept their Don't Get Mad involvement a secret by carefully choosing their pranks of revenge and never meeting/talking to each other in public. Each of the four girls has personal reasons for wanting to get back at those who pick on others. When their recent prank victim ends up dead, the pressure is on the DGM because it looks like it might have been one of the four. Can they catch a killer without revealing their own personaly connection to DGM? This tightly paced book with an omniscient narrator ratchets up the tension with each chapter as more pr... moreessure is put on the DGM. Unfortunately, it is part of a series so I have way too many questions at the end of this book and must wait until June for answers. Fans of Pretty Little Liars will love this one!
review 2: I had won this, and received an autographed copy of this book directly from the author. I found it to be a very intense, convoluted read with so many characters it was hard to keep track of them all. There are mysteries, unknown killers, many twists and turns, and I fully expected to find everything solved and explained at the end. But it wasn't. I finished the book thinking "what the heck?" The unknowns were left unsolved, and I felt left hanging and disappointed. less
