review 1: I thought it was a good volume, it just had more action and less answers to the 50 million questions I have about everything that's going on. I really thought we might've gotten to learn some truths in this volume...I am really confused by Ymir's actions. She wants to protect Krista and keep her safe, but then when Krista decides to go back with the Survey Corps, she didn't try to take her back.I did enjoy getting to see the titan that killed Eren's mom at the beginning of the series. [ I can't believe Mr. Hannes died. I know most people don't really like him, but I did, and now I'm sad that he's dead.] Eren gains a new power that Reiner calls the "coordinate", which adds yet another question to the already humongous list.....
review 2: Funny story. I was r... moreeading this today at dinner and kept commenting on the manga to my sister. Mostly I was saying how Eren needs to CALM THE HECK DOWN and think before he just charges into everything. I finished it and started freaking out about the ending because cliffhangers, and my sister just looked at me and said, completely straight faced, "Guess who else needs to CALM. DOWN?"I get too excited about these books. less
