review 1: Ana is a lesbian bad ass Asian woman who is a fixer. She has underworld connections and her methods are not entirely legal, but she returns things to people and she is well paid for her talents. Her father has asked her to go to Hong Kong to help her half brother Michael and his very unlikable partner Simon get out of some hot water that they have naively gotten themselves into, and while lots of things go wrong, Ana handles it bravely. And she eats very well along the way (which definitely made me want o eat in Hong Kong and to read the other books in this series).
