review 1: So far recipes from this book are two out of three—the Peanut Butter waffles were amazing (my daughter is supposed to eat PB once a week to maintain her non-allergic status to it, but she doesn't like it plain), the chorizo seitan sausage was a big win... but the banana flapjacks flopped and fell apart (will try again, but I swear I followed the recipe exactly). Full of great ideas and I'm sure I'll be making many more recipes from here...
review 2: I never thought I would read, much less like, a vegan cookbook. I got mine from the library when I wanted to find some dairy-free recipes at the suggestion of my new baby's doctor. This cookbook rocks! Everything looks so good and I've made several items from it. I recommend the Chelsea waffles and the chorizo sau
... moresage. I'm sad I have to return this book to my library since there's more recipes I want to try. Guess that means I'm gonna be buying my own copy! less

Not much I haven't seen already but the way the book is put together will help a new vegan/cook.

I wanted to like this. But I tried a couple of the recipes and was disappointed in the results.
