review 1: This installment was really exciting. There was so much going on that was suspenseful and magical. I really enjoyed this story and think Chloe's character is really developing. I thought it was appropriate that she finally be truly grieving the loss of her mother. I think her relationship with Drew is really special, I just can't decide if I want it to be brotherly or a love interest lol I hope to see her interacting with Luke more as the story progresses, I am anxiously awaiting part IV to read as I am hooked on this story.
review 2: This is the 3rd installment to The Vampire Hunter's Daughter Series. This is Chloe's first Christmas without her mother. She decides she needs to visit her mother's grave to help with the grieving process. Drew agrees to take her ... moresince she doesn't know where the grave is, her mother had requested that there be no services. While there, Chloe and Drew are surprised by a visit from a immortal demi-god that gives Chloe some much needed advice and a gift. Things seem to get stranger and stranger for Chloe. If things weren't already hard enough, she learns that she has inherited a special gift that she must lean how to control. To top it off, the community is attacked because of her being there. She now wonders if she should just give herself up to save the community. She now has a huge decision to make. Another great installment. I can't wait to see what happens next.
