review 1: This fast-paced story is starting to slow down a bit, but still incredibly interesting to read.(Oh, btw SPOILERS!! :D)Ganta seems to finally be getting (a little) used to the whole branch of sin concept. Some how he lucked out and won both of his Carnival Corpse battle rounds. :/It's sweet that he wants to help Minatsuki and get her out of the Punishment game, but she still is not a very nice person. Even if both Ganta and Yoh had saved her, she probably wouldn't have appreciated it. What I don't understand was that she was relieved that her hair was being cut off and not a body part, when her power is shown through her hair. Ganta also had won by cutting her hair too. Another :/. Shiro is really freaking me out. Is she the Red Man? (Or, Red... Woman...? I guess)Sometimes ... moreshe seems so childish and innocent, and she can't even speak sentences with correct grammar! And then the other half of the time she is a super scary MONSTER who'll kill everyone except for her friends. (Ganta)The flashback of Shiro and Ganta as little children made me kind of confused on what opinion I have of Shiro overall, because she seems really mean. She also has an incredible amount of strength and basically killed Ganta's toy. After that she felt bad about totally demolishing his aceman toy and pretended to be him when she saved him from a dog. Ganta also seemed to be a total wimp when he was a kid. :)I still don't know what to make of Shiro, and a little of Minatsuki, so this'll be interesting. :D
review 2: And there comes the sweet Nagi and ass-crazy Genkaku, which means my favorite character list is shaken once again. Nagi is just hug-able and Genkaku... crazy guys are way too cool. I even like Minatsuki-chan, since crazy girls are cool as well. xDThe point when Shiro breaks Genkaku's guitar is absolutely priceless. Absolutely. Also Wretched Egg being revealed. Ouch, this is going to hurt sometime later =/And poor Yoh gets beaten way TOO often >< I'm really surprised his body is still intact. less
