review 1: I have fallen in love with the Chronicles of St. Mary's. This has the history, action, and St. Marys' at its unique and courageous finest. Historians are the BEST "action warriors!" This book has a well rounded set of; awkward romance, action, historians in action, civilians saving the day, bravery, and cheeky humor as always with the St. Marys' crew! This is definitely a GREAT READ, and HIGHLY recommend it.

Of course, any mention of the lake reminds me of the car episode (read the other books), so I don't think I'll ever look at a lake in the same light either...As usual, I digress. I was had at 'we didn't even make it past lunchtime'. Lunchtime? Pah. The Marmite hadn't even thought about getting intimate with the toast, which is a crime in itself, but I soon forgot about that. This is St. Mary's afterall, and with the Time Police rampaging up and down the timeline, condiments were the last thing on my mind... less
