review 1: A good read for anyone running a business. At the end of the day it is building a business that gives you the OPTION to sell. As a former director of M&A I can honestly say that 90% of the business that I evaluated were not built to sell. This book would have changed a lot for those small business owners. My number one tip for everyone out there is rule #4 - don't become synonymous with your company.
