review 1: It's an awesome concept, and kept just grey enough that paradoxes, morality, and historical accuracy can be painted in broad strokes without getting lost in details or taking a too-rigid stance - but despite that, it failed to really grip. Given you have such a brilliant setting and some truly kickass characters, the treatment is a little... cursory. Had the potential to pull a 126+ Walking Dead running epic to do real justice... but maybe keeping it open-ended world, closed-loop storyline lets you fill in the rest, something all the really good stories always do. And the last line is awesome. Really puts the whole concept of alternate timelines into a never-before-imagined but goosebump-making perspective.
review 2: Good fun, beautiful to read, but ultimately
... moreunsatisfying - it seemed to end abruptly. Great idea, narratively ambitious, but I have to go with the other reviewers who think it could have done with a little tightening here and there - and, actually, sometimes a tad more material. The major players in the time travel team needed to be fleshed out a little more, I think, but damme it's *beautiful* to look at. A pleasure, but I can't quite mark it 'brilliant', sadly. less

Fantastic, brilliant idea...but not nearly long enough to properly develop the premise.

Great concept, beautiful art, but overall the story wasn't overly compelling.
