review 1: I'll be shocked if I ever give any of these less than 5 stars. Wow this one was so emotional. It was beautiful and heartbreaking reading Tohr and Autumn healing and coming together. John Matthew went through a lot in this as well. I love the real father son relationship between him and Tohr. But that shellan of his, not so much. Xhex I can honestly say is the only character I don't like. She pissed me off big time in this. I see big problems ahead with the BoB and I'm not sure what to make of Assail. I can't wait to start the next one, I hope it will finally be Qhuinn and Blay together finally! Love the BDB so much!!! review 2: This book kept me on the edge of my seat when I was able to actually sit down and read it between getting the kids off to school, runni... moreng errands, doing extra-cirriculars, etc. Torhment and Autumn had me yelling at them, Lassiter had me agreeing with him, John had me cussing at him, Xcor had me hating him, and the end of the book was perfect! Wonderfully suspenseful, stressful, and just straight up awesome. less
