review 1: This could be much better had it not had such an abrupt ending. I checked my Kindle to see if there was more. I also had issue with the number of incorrectly used words and word endings.I liked the way the romance developed between Richmond and Arissa although she was very immature. Given her upbringing that was no surprise. There seemed to be a lot of things going on at once, although the book didn't move all that quickly. It had plenty of romance, intrigue and good character development.
review 2: Going into this I was a bit weary given the idea that the Le Bec falls in love with Riss while he is concidered a father figure. That idea alone was a bit "bloody hell how is this going to go about? Thats a bit of a touchy issue no?" But I must say the author, Kathr
... moreyn Le Veque handled it quite well and not once was I offended, grossed out, or put off by the book. I quite enjoyed this book; up until the end which is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. I wished she had written more! It feels a touch unfinished, why not write up until the very end and the new begining? Surely if she had done that it would have been the perfect 5 out of 5. The characters were hopelessly romantic and knightly (which is exactly why you read romance no?) Oh and the humor! How many times did I stop reading to laugh? I cant count. The plot too was brilliant. Alas, just a bit more and it would have been utterly spectacular. less

Love Richmond but too many spoiled little girls thinking they are grown ups. Just ridiculous.
