review 1: Reverend Curtis Black and his wife, Charlotte are in it again. Curtis has secrets from his past that he hasn't told anyone. And someone is sending him letters threatening to expose him. Charlotte, as usual, can't leave well enough alone. She's scheming against her son's girlfriend and her mother so she can have more time with the new grandson - but this time she goes too far. review 2: I enjoy KLR. I especially enjoy this series. I was confused at how to rate this. I rarely give 4 or 5 stars. It has to be greatly impacting and while I don't think that this was, I can't deny her writing skills. The book was very well written. I like... more when a story is seamless . I just think that the impact was lacking. The emotion-anger was definitely there! Maybe this should be 3.5 but nevertheless she will not disappoint. less
