review 1: This book is a 2.5 for me.The beginning started off a bit shaky for me. I wish there had been a bit more character development and background info throughout the book instead of all at the end and what we did get was very minimal. The last few chapters of the book the story really started to pick up. And Allie and Raziel's relationship started to blossom a bit more and we learned more about the Fallen. Which is why I think this series has potential to become better since I found the end part of this book much stronger than the start. So I'll give the second book a chance.
review 2: New twist on fallen angels which I loved and the female characters were perfect in this book. No whining and poor damsel in distress... They were tough, caring and threw themselves
... morein danger to protect their men. I also loved that they weren't described to be perfect, Allie was slightly overweight and short and Sarah was older with grey hair. Made them so relatable and made me love them even more. I loved Allie and Raziel's story, they were so stubborn in the beginning but once they both figured it out it was amazing. Such a beautiful ending, onto the next!!! less
