review 1: I never know how to catalog and rate a book when I listen to the audio instead of reading it. It's such a different experience. Anyway I enjoyed this, but Seth and his niece seemed oddly mismatched-- she seemed overly familiar and he seemed overly estranged and considering they had lived together for over six months during some really stressful and trying times, they should have been more comfortable around each other, so that seemed kinda weird. And I never really got why David was interested in Seth. He was kind of a jerk. And the lie David was living was a bit of a turn-off for me.
review 2: In the beginning it was great! I loved David. Seth was an ass, but I thought David could loosen him up and get him to stop being so uptight. I missed the romance. Wh
... moreere was it? They barely saw each other and when they were together it was either for A. sex or B. little jabs at each other. I didn't buy their "relationship". I missed their one on one encounters. Talking. Getting to know each other. Why did David like Seth? What was so special about him? I needed to see them as a real couple instead of 10 minute (or an hour if you want to count that one time of rough sex on the couch) conversations.I don't know, I just didn't get it I guess. 2 Stars for a mean right hook ;) less
