review 1: Ian's dead wife Charlie comes back to win her husband's trust.. Ian was burned once but cannot help how much he wants her. They are after a common enemy who wants the whole Taggat-McKay team dead.Let me say at first I thought Charlie was ridiculous. She fakes her death and then comes back and expects Ian to welcome her back with open arms. And then Ian didn't want to forgive her but didn't care to have sex with her and then treat her badly. If you like Dom/sub, spankings, anal sex, and suspense then you will love this book. I laughed, I cried, and I cussed. I would give it 3 1/2 stars.

... moreLOT about why he has been such a freaking asshole for all of the prior books, but it was great to see the almighty Ian fall so hard. My favorite part was when he told Charlotte to just put a bullet in his chest if she betrayed him again because he didn't want to live in a world where she betrayed him a second time or without her. *sigh* The plot of this book was really James Bond-like with all the twists and turns and different settings. I loved all the involvement of all of the characters of McKay-Taggart. It was just a really fun book to read and I can't wait to continue on in the series. less
