Potluck Catering Club
review 1: This book was a fun read. I gave this novel 4 stars because it is a clean read and I do like the characters in the story. Having read a previous "Potluck Club" book, I do like the crazy characters and their relationships with each other. This is a chtistian novel, so the bond with the characters also centers around prayer and church. I do like the fact that the novel has a plot that does revolve around a story line and not around things that are unseemingly.
review 2: This volume of the Potluck Catering Club series was highly unrealistic but entertaining. The potluck team is unknowingly entered into a reality tv series contest. Along with the family difficulties continuing from the previous books, the women of Summit View, Colorado find themselves competing i
... moren New York City for a million dollar prize. The series has strayed from its original theme but the women still manage to relate their faith and their reliance on God in everyday life. less
