review 1: The fatal circle is the third book in the series of Linda Robertson’s books. It’s more in depth and character of books mythology. This book brings the reader more into her world of Vampires, Waeres, Witches and Fairies. Persephone Alcmedi has faced vampires, witches, now she faces Fairies. To protect the world, and be the Lustrata Persephone, must balance the worlds of Waeres, Vampires, Witches, and Fairies. The royalty of the fairies has decided that they do not want to be tied to the first vampire, Menessos. They believed that Menessos has wronged them used them and their powers for too long. Tired of being at the beck and call of Witches and Wizards, they first attempted to bring elementals to call. Menessos has gone too far, holding them back from taking over th... moree world that he brought them into, to help his loves, Una and Ninutra. To top it all off Johnny has begun to share his mythology, what he remembers and about his life. Johnny has begun to introduce Persephone, his Red to his Waere father, and the political alignment of the Waere universe. He must step up to the plate, and become the Domn Lup the legendary the King of Waeres. But first she must become Erus Veneficus, the witch in the service of Menessos, and become a member of his court. Had to immediately start the next book, drawn in by the cliff hanger ending of the is book.
review 2: Need to say this first... this series keeps on getting better. I think I've enjoyed this book most of all. I will also have to say that there were times when I thought Persephone was being manipulated again, but really in a much smaller way. However, even though it felt like that at times, it really wasn't that way at all. She was still learning and growing... under fire so to speak... so what she decided made sense. She still is ruled by emotions that overtake her, however, I also suspect that will be a growth aspect coming. As far as Johnny is concerned... I still don't want to spoil anything I've said in the last review of this series, however he is present with his own trial and tribulations. Menessos is also paramount within this book. FINALLY I have to say that I would trust him much more now. His veneer has cracked and some human emotions erupt. However, do not expect this to happen for much of the book. For those that enjoy his arrogance, you will not be disappointed. :)In the end I give this book 4 1/2 stars. I really enjoyed this one and even gave a tear at one time in the book. It isn't a cliffie ending, but important information is missing. So much so that I had to look at the back of the next two books (which I have) to see what happens. Had to know, but I'm not telling anything. *evil laugh* less

I can't relate to the main characters and the story is rather dull.
