review 1: This book has three stories: Sheila's Passion by Lora Leigh; Deadly Dance by Cheyenne McCray; and Caught by Red Garnier.I would rate these stories between a three and a four. I'ver read quite a bit of Lora Leigh but found her story to be my least favorite in this collection. The other two authors are new to me and I really liked their stories. I'll definitely check out their other work.
review 2: 1st story - "Sheila's Passion" by Lora Leigh. I was not impressed with this one. The suspense did not seem realistic or hold my interest. The steamy bits were okay, but I like a little plot with the sex.2nd story - "Deadly Dance" by Cheyenne McCray - was a definite improvement. This story revolves around Keri, a former ballerina who is now being pursued by the m... morean she helped send to prison 7 years earlier. Adam is the cop that is trying to keep her safe and falls for her. Much better plot and tension.3rd story - "Caught" by Red Garnier - was middling between the other two in this anthology. Some of the action just strained belief. The suspense just wasn't there for me. I did enjoy the characters of Cody and Megan, but felt that the author did not do them justice. less
