review 1: This series just hasn't done it for me. I'm a huge Lora Leigh fan but this is confusing, badly edited and just far fetched. Won't be reading next one unfortunately. In chapter 21 there appear to be two name errors which made me want to not even finish the book if the editors hadn't even bothered. I think if this had been a draft of a series then i'd have understood as there's a decent story in here but this series has just thrown in more and more names and sub plots to link things together in a way that makes it seem like it's not been thought through properly. The losing virginity scene is probably the least thought through scene Lora's ever written as are the leaving hospital/post kidnap quick shag scenes! Truly laughable unfortunately. Sorry!
review 2: Didn... more't realize I picked an erotic read, unfortunately I purchase the whole series, so I had to read it. Was very disappointed with all the sexual scenes. I felt that the erotic encounters overshadowed what was a fantastic story. I ended up skimming over the sexual scenes to read the meat of the plot. I didn’t think I’d ever say this but there were too many repetitively described explicit interaction. Yes, I’m going to say it…it got boring! less
