review 1: Wake To Darkness by Maggie Shayne is the third book in the Brown and DeLuca series (book two was a novella) and it was as good if not better than the other two. Characters are continues to be developed, romance continues to grow, and family becomes even more important in this book. The psychological suspense is very strong and it's really hard to put the book down. You just want to keep reading a little more to see what happens and the next thing you know it's hours later. I would suggest reading the books in order to anyone who likes psychological suspense, this is one of the best. Treat your self to Maggie Shayne's Wake to Darkness, you won't be disappointed.
review 2: I requested this book from Net Galley and received it in exchange for a fair and honest rev... moreiew. This is the third book in a series. I have loved everyone. Maggie continues the charged relationship between Mason and Rachel and keeps the suspense on all levels. I had no idea who the antagonist was until she revealed it. If you like suspenses, I highly recommend this book. Maggie tells a gripping story, with her usual wit and descriptive writing. less
