review 1: I really quite liked this book as it followed a different format to the many other crime books I have read of late. It almost turns the genre on its head when we find out who the killer is in the start of the book, I wondered where on earth it was going to go from there and was not disappointed with the result. It has good pace and I liked the characters, especially Myrtle :-) and I'm not a dog lover!
review 2: I LOVED THE STORYLINE, IT WAS REALLY DIFFERENT. FIRST I FIGURED OUT WHO THE KILLER WAS WHEN INTRODUCED IN THE BOOK, I'M SO HAPPY. THIS WAS SUCH AN INTERESTING READ BECAUSE OF THE CONTROVERSY SURROUNDIND THE SUBJECT MATTER. MOST OF US HAVE OUR OWN TAKE ON THE YEA & NAY OF WHAT COULD ACTUALLY HAPPY TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIS DONE. IT WAS A VERY FRIGHTENING KI... moreLLER, REALLY CREEPY BECAUSE IN THE BACK OF MY MIND, YOU THINK MAYBE THIS COULD HAPPEN. I LOVED RACHEL & MASON (love in bloom) AND KNEW THIS HAS TO CONTINUE, EVEN THOUGH IT'S A STAND-ALONE(I was right there is another book). I LIKE RACHEL'S IN YOU FACE ATTITUDE BB & AB, SHE'S MY KIND OF WOMAN STRONG WITH A SOFT SIDE(she's got a lot of catching up to do). I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND MASON'S REASON FOR KEEP THAT SECRET FROM HIS FAMILY, WHAT GOOD WOULD IT DO TO KNOW. THE SORT OF SUPERNATURAL, PARANORMAL THINGY WORKED WELL AND WASN'T OVER DONE WHICH MADE IT MORE BELIEVABLE. I LOVED THE SHOW "MEDIUM", I LOVED HOW THIS KIND OF THING WAS WORKED INTO THE STORYLINE.
