review 1: So here's the thing, this was such a good read that I felt transport to another time, I loved the characters and would have read the next book right now if it was ready. That being said, I was annoyed by the typo's, duplicate words, "the" instead of "they", you know that spell check will not find it, things of this nature frustrate me. I loved the flow of the book but was interrupted when having to re-read it to make it right in my head.If you can ignore these interruptions, then I highly recommend this book.
review 2: This was a wonderful book. It could have just as easily have been called Brothers. Ms. Higgins has written something for everyone, it doesn't matter what genre you read, this is a must read. Joshua and Careen are destined to be together, anyway t... morehey were for me. And when you read it, just an FYI have a box of tissues handy. The story is complicated with twists and turns and even satisfies my thirst for suspense, but in the end... Ms. Higgins, well done, again! less
