review 1: omg! i hated the way it ended! wtf! i dont think it was time to end jorgs story, it was actually starting, everything that he did was for nothing cause we dont know what would have happened if it werent for that stupid ending! im sorry i still love mark lawrence and will read his other books, but the first 2 dont compare. i am so upset with the ending! i want more of him so bad, you could have done at least one more book
review 2: Mark Lawrence continues to stretch the definition of anti-hero with Jorg whose exploits this time include decapitating his female guide and using her severed head as a weapon. I've loved this trilogy but the finale doesn't quite reach the heights of the previous books and the ending felt slightly rushed and unsatisfying. Regardless... more I'll be looking out for the next novel from this author with great anticipation. less
