review 1: This selection of recipes provides easy to prepare, tasty, nutritious meals—all in one pot—whether it be a slow cooker, a baking pan, roaster, or one of the many things included in this book. Yes, the book even explains what each type of cooking utensil is and what it should be used for. To top it off, you don't make a huge mess while preparing these recipes.Think of the dishes you won’t have to wash! That alone is a reason to purchase this book. But ultimately, it’s the delicious meals that use simple ingredients to fill your family’s belly.I especially liked the recipe for Roasted Tilefish with Potatoes and Capers on page 160 (I omitted the capers because I was too lazy to go out and buy some.) However, the dish was delish! My whole family raved about how great... more it was. I pretended I slaved over it, but in all honesty, it was simple. From the first bite, the burst of flavors made everyone happy. For any lazy busy cook, this is a perfect book.Disclosure of Material Connection in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: BloggingForBooks has provided me a copy of this book in exchange for a review.
review 2: This is cookbook I know I will be pulling off the shelf on a regular basis. I like the way the recipes are separated by the type of “pot” you need for cooking. By that I mean the recipes are divided by slow cooker, roasting pan, Dutch oven, pressure cooker and stock pot rather than the traditional layout of appetizers, meat, sides, etc.If I am in the mood to use the slow cooker then I can turn to that section and find a recipe. There is a description of all the baking pots, pans, anything you may need to complete a meal from this book.An added bonus is each section has a One Pot Four Ways recipe. For a roasted chicken there are four different ways to prepare it. Each “pot” has one of those type recipes. We like Arroz con Pollo quite a bit and I happened to have a bag of Valencia rice in the pantry so this is the first recipe I tried. This recipe was spot on in ease and the estimated time to prepare. Recipe may be found at Squirrel Head Manor. There are many recipes I plan to make from this book. I can recommend this cookbook without reservations – great addition to my bookshelf! less

I want to try 23 of the 120 recipes. As I try them I'll adjust my star rating accordingly.

Learned about pan types in more detail, not too many good recipes.
