review 1: I browsed through the book to see what the 36 different designs were and to take the few little trivia quizzes/questions as well. I enjoyed the trivia. Liked seeing the occasional quote. All of the designs were definitely interesting. I don't think I'd ever try to make any as my skills aren't that great. As for wanting to own/wear/use, there are a few I would love. There were some that were OK but not for me. And there were a few that I wouldn't go anywhere near! Still, it was fun to see Austen in the crochet world. :-)
review 2: I love the way the author incorporates the Austen character references with the era-inspired patterns. The book is laid out beautifully and I've already earmarked several patterns for my queue - this book is definitely on my wishlist
