review 1: This book, overall, excellent! The middle got a little tiring because the heroine couldn't make a choice and I really wanted to just slap her and say "Really?! It is sooo obvious!!" :o) She finally made the right choice...thank goodness...and the book resumed its awesomeness. Callum is my kind of hero! A strong, fierce, Scottish warrior who definitely embodies the knight in shining armour!! Callum's character is so well written you instantly are smitten with him and must read on to find out what happens!
review 2: It was a very good book, didnt dissappoint me. Most Highlander books I've read so far have kept me interested, this one being no exception. Had a bit of a complex storyline as Callum, the hero, did not speak. Marguerite, the heroine of the book... more, was just a tad wishy washy for my taste, but overall I liked her character better than some of the leading ladies I have been reading in my Scottish romance novels. less
