review 1: A zombie book that is not a zombie book? Good idea! This book drops the reader into a time in the future after all of the fear and confusion about a zombie outbreak. Not unlike bears and mountain lions, zombies should be avoided and not provoked. Zombies are just a part of life. A little bit of a predictable mystery, lovable characters, and a great amount of action. I really enjoyed this book.
review 2: Not your grand father's zombie book, as they say. This takes place is a dystopia years after the outbreak and the government has levied tight rules and regulations on the populace with good reason. Also animals over a certain size may become zombies. Enter our protagonists, a group of very adept online "newsies" that use zombie following as part of their b... moreusiness. Add a big splash of politics and intrigue and wal-la - a gripping novel intriguing by its new perspective. 1st part of a series. Thumbs up friends. less
