review 1: I got this for free on amazon.I have a huge problem with this story. First, the use of apostrophes. The author does not know how to use them. Second, she must not be familiar with teenagers. Almost 18 year old girls don't develop over the summer. Third, the author kept treating the younger brother and sister like small children when they were 13 and 15. Fourth, the drinking age in this country is 21, not 18. Lucas would not be getting served in restaurants.It seemed like the author threw everything she could think of into this story. Tessa was constantly acting out of character. I do not believe a girl would keep going back over and over for that pain from Lucas. Lucas is a drug user and probably a sex addict. Sometimes, when he is sober, he is a good guy.The story was jus... moret unbelievable.
review 2: Fastest DNF ever at 3%. Horrible writing style that bounces back and forth between more than 2 characters. There are also about 20 characters all introduced to you in the first couple of chapters. There are also countless grammatical errors and the conversations are short and staccato. I have read reviews that say to keep going and that it gets better...I may try to read this one later. I just can't stomach it so far and don't have the patience.... less
