review 1: Drama OverloadIt’s always something when it comes to Damon and Octavia. It’s no different with part four of this series, “Love, Lies and Lust.” True to its title, the characters experience love, lies, and lust.What worked for Mz. Robinson also worked against her – too much drama. There was simply too much going on with this installment. Life itself is full of drama before adding all the extras. And this book had plenty of extras. Also working against this book was the narrative. “Love, Lies and Lust” was told from the point of view of four constantly changing narrators. In the end, two more were added.Mz. Robinson can certainly spin a tale and keep readers flipping the pages, but there needs to be a better balance of knowing when too much is too much.Reviewed... more by: Toni3.5 stars
review 2: I really love this Author and definitely love reading her books! I just think this book was a little outdrawn the.story line was wayyyy drawn out in the beginning, as well as some other parts of the book. I found myself skipping pages to get to were the story might eventually pick up! All in all I still would definitely support and read books from this Author. But I'm definitely in agreement that this one should definitely be the last. less
