review 1: Just finished reading the trilogy. Very excellent read, definitely kept me reading. I enjoyed how the author explained everything and tied up all loose ends. The author also did an excellent job keeping the character's personalities consist throughout the whole series, something I find a lot authors fail to do. The one and only complaint I have is that later in the third book the author talks about Korean skinjacker who's has the last name Nguyen, now that is typically a Vietnamese last name, originally of Chinese origin. Something like Kim or Park would have been a better choice. Just a minor flaw but irritating as such, for me.
review 2: This series was very well-written with a fast paced plot, excellent dialogue, lovable characters, and such a great story-li... morene! Neal Shusterman outdone himself this time!I love the smooth transitions and how easily I can learn to love or hate a character. I loved Everlost, this brand new world that I was introduced to, and the Afterlights (even Mary Hightower!). The ending was satisfactory, not the best but not the worst.This series is highly recommended. less
