review 1: Was this book perfect? Not at all. Did i enjoy every second of it? Yes.Paige Toon seems to have this knack for making me not be able to put her books down. I have only read Johnny Be Good and this sequel but i am definitely adding more of her to my tbr. I was up until 2am reading this one.I like that Toon really delves into the negative feelings and emotions involved in these relationships. She doesn't just make out like everything is easy and people immediately get over things.If you are looking for an easy, quick chick-lit read, then this duology is definitely worth adding to your list.
review 2: Baby Be Mine has a good plot perfect for a summer beach read and the characters are likeable, there are also plenty of laughs to be gained from this as well as the ... moreemotional side of the plot that again was well done. However the reason I disliked it was the way it was written and the words which meant I could not read it without being irritated by it. Good as a light hearted read but nothing else. less
