review 1: Such a lovely story. Kurt and Alex were always meant to be they were born days apart growing up they were inseparable they were always together. Kurt has always be there for Alex to protect. They loved each-other without neither one knowing. That time come to go their own path follow their dreams. But what followed next was less and less communications before they knew they lost 5 years of their time. Read enjoy their journey back together and see what Kurt has in store for Alex. Just the sweetest things he does.
review 2: I don't know where to start. Look, I'm not expecting Flannery O'Connor every time I zip through one of these stories. And I think the premise holds promise. Cute huh? But after about the twentieth time rolling my eyes and saying out loud to ... morethe room, "Come on. You've gotta be kidding me!" I just can't give this more than two stars. The straw that broke the Ajax's back, that caused me to say "What the F&%#K?!" and had my significant other yelling from the other room for me to relax was when the two guys were about to get down to business and confessed to each other they had both remained virgins because it would have been wrong to have fooled around with anyone else. After five years of not speaking. And they're like 22/23 years old now. Four years of college and all the shenanigans that college kids get up to. And thinking they were probably never going to see other again. I suppose that author is driving home the point hey these guys are soul mates blah blah blah. But it's just....outlandish. More than outlandish. Preposterous? And of course this reveal was followed by the "I'm clean and don't want anything to come between us. No rubbers ok?" After that it was hard to finish what with the constant side eye I was giving. less
