review 1: My sister-in-law passed me this book to read, which she picked up as it is predominantly based near where she lives, so lots of places to be recognised. This is the fist time I've read a book by this author and I really enjoyed it. I would love to go back and read the first three now to get a bit of background on Roy Grace. That said, it did fairly well as a stand alone book, so thank sis for passing the book on.
review 2: Spændende fra start til slut, og god sammenhæng mellem de 4-5 forskellige plots der er i bogen. Flot glidende overgang i 2 forskellige tider, omend jeg hader når der springes frem og tilbage i tiden, så gøres det i denne bog med "ynde", så man som læser ikke mister overblikket. Flot og modig beskrivelse af 9/11, da man altid bør forve... morente at denne begivenhed beskrives med stor respekt, og det blev en en gribende del af bogens plot. less
