review 1: Bueno, fin de la segunda parte. Lástima que no voy consiguiendo la tercera... ya aparecerá. En lo personal me gustó más la primera parte, pero esta es buena de todas formas...Más de lo mismo, descripción de Jesús en base a las escrituras explicadas, comentadas. Algunas cosas conocidas, pero mucho dato interesante. Lo que más me llamó la atención es la cuestión de la relectura que tuvieron que hacer las primeras comunidades de los textos sagrados del pueblo judío, y darse cuenta que estaban haciendo referencia a lo que pasó con Jesús. También la cuestión de los primeros desarrollos de la misa. "Nos explica las escrituras y parte para nosotros el pan".
review 2: A great continuation from Vol. 1. Most readers will benefit from the insights Benedic... moret makes regarding the scriptures that touch the familiar liturgical cycle for Lent and Easter. Chapter 9 on the Resurrection is must-reading, as the Resurrection of Jesus from the dead is critical to all things. For new readers to Benedict's writings, you may wish to read Chapter 9 first, to zero in on where all his exegesis is going, then re-read from front to back. less
