Like always, I couldn’t wait to dig my claws into Kendall Ryan’s next book. She is certainly a go to author for me. I’ve loved all the previous books in the Roomates series and this was no different.
A one night stand, well let me back up there, a one night stand for Bren and poor Mason was left waking up in the morning feeling like his Soul Mate got away ends up being so much more than either expected. Bren tip toes out thinking she’s never going to see this man again, yet when she finds herself thinking her one night stand may have left a life lasting present for her she ends up in the gyno’s office. Much to her surprise, the man now that has her legs up in stirrups is the same man that helped contribute to this possible little present. Bren has just walked into her worst nightmare, Mason now finds himself in front of his lifelong dream again. What happens from there is a swoony whirlwind.
This one is a little flipped around from what we normally get. It’s the man who believes in forever and the girl that wants no parts of it. I really loved that Mason was the one who believed whole heartedly in the idea of a soul mate and that everyone has that one true love out there in the world. The moment he met Bren he just knew, she was it and then made it his mission to win the heart of this woman.
The Soul Mate was another sweet and steam filled read from Kendall Ryan. This one was certainly filled with a hope of love at first sight with a super sweet hero trying to win the heart of his forever girl. Mason is on the top for me for men so far in this series from Ryan!
