New York University (NYU)’s Institute of African American Affairs and Arts & Science Liberal Studies present “Kei Miller Reading and Conversation with Tiphanie Yanique.” The event takes place on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at 6:00pm at NYU: Pless Hall (Ground floor) Steinhardt School, 82 Washington Square East, New York, New York.
In this event, the award-winning writers/poets Kei Miller and Tiphanie Yanique will read from their work and will engage in a discussion about their craft. Miller, born in Jamaica, is professor of Creative Writing at Exeter University; and Tiphanie Yanique, born in the U.S. Virgin Islands, teaches English at Wesleyan University, where she is also the Director of the Creative Writing Program.
