Mizz Bluebeam Goes To Washington

The purpose of the Third Beam – championed and executed by Barbara Honegger with the enthusiastic support of AE911 Truth core team members…was to break through the media blackout surrounding Building 7’s fall and its censorship by the official 9/11 Commission Report.  As Barbara Honegger pressed the buttons on the high-power spotlights and the Beam ignited the night sky at exactly 9:11 p.m….
ae911truth.org Oct. 8, 2010 article “Third Beam Shines Light On Government and Media Blackout of WTC 7”

In the May 9, 2017 post called Operation Coffee, Tea or Me?,  I wondered why Barbara Honegger, described as a former White House Policy Analyst & Dept. of Defense Sr. Military Affairs journalist 2000-2011,  offered her endorsement of the novel, Methodical Illusion, and the 9/11 theories of its author Rebekah Roth.  Honegger said that what Roth had accomplished  was “cutting the Gordian Knot of two of the most difficult and disturbing unanswered questions of 9/11.”

During the Hagmann Report  interview of Rebekah Roth in April of this year, two comments were made which may shed light on the factors connecting  Roth and Honegger.

The first involved a Synchronistic Moment involving a gas station receipt totaling  $9.11, which Rebekah Roth and her husband declared to be a sign from God that she should include in her novel, a certain detail she had discovered that proved the passengers on the planes had been executed by gassing.   The second statement of Roth which caused The Huh? Factor to spring to life, was when she declared, I died when I was fifteen.  Now I know why I came back.  Because I see puzzles and put them together…”

The bona fides of Honegger, at first glance, are in sharp contrast to the Honegger look-alike Rebekah Roth’s, who had a 32 year career as an airline stewardess, according to her most recent declarations. As I wondered about this sharp disparity,  I took a quick look at a video which featured Barbara Honegger speaking in Seattle on the 9/11 Pentagon attack.  The first few minutes of her presentation was professionally done, with power point projections, and a well organized and articulate delivery, so I was puzzled as to why Honegger thought so highly of the slippery methodology of fiction writer, Rebekah Roth.

As it turns out, Barbara Honegger received her undergraduate degree from Stanford in Creative Writing, and then later got her Masters in Parapsychology from John F. Kennedy University.  So Honegger and Roth share a commonality after all:  creative writing,  and an extreme view on that odd aspect of human life known as synchronicity.  An autobiographical note can be found at The Other Side of Midnight.com, shown below, which expands on these themes:

Autobiographical note on Barbara Honegger at The Other Side of Midnight.com

Barbara Honegger came from a family that provided her with worthy examples of accomplishments.  Both parents went to Stanford. Her father, William Beverly Honegger, went to Naval Officer Training School in Evanston, IL, and he was “part of the Northern Pacific fleet at Iwo Jima and an officer on a destroyer escort that sailed into Tokyo Bay for the surrender of Japan.” Barbara also went to Stanford, was associated later with the Hoover Institution, and became a military affairs journalist at the Naval Postgraduate School, which has been described as the premier science, technology and national security affairs graduate research university of the Department of Defense.

During the time when Ms. Honegger worked at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, doing research for Dr. Martin Anderson, he became the Chief Domestic Policy Advisor for President Reagan. Dr. Anderson brought Barbara with him to Washington D.C.;  therefore situating her responsibilities and influence within the inner sanctum of the White House.

Barbara Honegger’s theories of 9/11 have been discussed in detail by various persons and published online.  What I want to focus on at this moment is a 2 minute segment of a 3 hour video highlighting the speech given by Barbara Honegger at a 9/11 Truth Conference, (published May 13, 2013) in a video entitled, 9/11 Pentagon Attack-Behind the Smoke Curtain.

At the 22.50 mark of this video, Barbara Honegger says, “To succeed, the real inside job 9/11 Psy-Op required a critical mass of innocent deaths.  Believe it or not, after the World Trade Center attack in 1993 that killed, I believe ,5 people and injured about 1,000, Federal Agents were heard to say by reporter Steven Emerson, that “there had not been enough deaths this time”.  After the 1993 World Trade Center attacks, also most people don’t know this, but the World Trade Center Towers roof doors were locked, ordered locked, by official New York City policy.  So that on 9/11,  it happened because of that, that the innocent victims above the impact zone were trapped, terrorized, and killed.  They had no way to escape except to jump.  The New York Times published, I believe, that 105 victims had gotten right up to the door, where in 1993 they did, were able to go up onto the roof; but they were blocked.  Also, after the impacts and before the towers fell, dozens of military and civilian helicopters self-dispatched.  Wonderful people from the military started flying toward the NY city intending to rescue survivors from the towers to risk their lives in their helicopters.  There were ordered to go to a nearby military base so that they could not respond.”(24.20)

It is obvious to most inquirers into the events of  9/11, that the attacks were planned and carried out by those who had the motive, means and opportunity to carry out  a very  sophisticated assault. But it matters not whether you believe that these attacks were carried out by Muslim hijackers, the United States Government,  or Israeli Special Ops, those involved have blood dripping from their hands which cries out to God for justice.

When it comes to blood guilt,   Barbara Honegger makes an interesting assertion:  she claims that a Psy-Op requires a Critical Mass of Innocent Deaths.  The phrase critical mass is taken from  nuclear physics, and refers to the “smallest amount of fissile material needed for a sustained nuclear chain reaction”.  So what Honneger is suggesting is that there is a minimum number of innocent deaths that must occur, for the desired psychological chain reaction of a Psy-Op to sustain itself.

Quoting Steven Emerson on the critical mass of innocent deaths, Honegger argues that the matter of whether the WTC roof top doors were locked or not, was a significant factor in the differences of the number of persons killed on 9/11 as compared to the 1993 attack.  However, in  1993 while there were some persons rescued from the WTC roof level; the bombs had gone off in the basement, which allowed most everyone to escape.  It was thought later that those who had fled to the roof, had in reality the option of walking down to safety via the stairwells.

The general consensus of many 9/11 commentators, was that the locked roof top doors on 9/11 was a moot point, as within a very short time the smoke conditions atop the roofs made helicopter rescues an impossibility. It is curious that Honegger would target the policy of keeping the WTC  roof doors locked as proof that there was a deliberate attempt to ensure that a maximum number of innocent deaths would occur on 9/11. The smoke of the fires burning at the impact level effectively nullified all attempts to escape alive.

What the tragic and horrific end of those who were trapped on the highest floors symbolizes is Tarot Card 16, which displays a burning tower with no escape for those at the top, except to jump to their deaths.

The concept of blood sacrifice and that of blood guilt, is a fundamental concept in the Bible.  Likewise, we know that Satan is interested in blood sacrifices, as a means of empowering his own form of government.

I am going to switch your focus for a moment from the critical mass of  the 9/11 deaths to another form of blood sacrifice which Barbara Honegger had been highly interested in during the Reagan years. As a  policy advisor to President Reagan on women’s rights, Honegger wrote a white paper with the purpose of  getting all legal restraints lifted from that form of blood sacrifice called abortion.

On  December 2, 2015, Guns And Butter host  Bonnie Faulkner interviewed Barbara Honegger for a show called, We the Men vs. We the People: Reframing the Abortion Issue to Prevent Violent Escalation of The Culture War. (This link also provides a transcript of this very excellent interview, if you want to read the entire context of the sections which I am going to comment on.)

In the Introduction of this Guns and Butter interview by Bonnie Faulkner, Barbara Honegger is quoted as saying:Reading the above quotation, we must remember that abortion is an act that is performed on a woman to remove a fetus from her body’s uterus. The woman undergoing this procedure, had in most cases consented to intercourse with a man.  The uterus at no time has the power to consent or decline sexual relations between the woman and the man. Abortion represents a blood sacrifice of an innocent fetus, which if it were allowed to develop, will become a fully developed human being. In many such situations, the blood guilt falls on more than one person; often the man, family members or friends have exerted pressure on the woman,  resulting in this tragic outcome of abortion.

Barbara Honegger introduces in her White Paper  on abortion, an argument based on  a dissimilar court case.  This particular case involved a plaintiff who needed a life saving bone marrow transplant who tried to legally force his cousin, who was a compatible donor, into undergoing extraction of his  bone marrow without the donor’s consent.  Interestingly, the main argument which the plaintiff made came from Roe v. Wade!

Barbara Honegger says that the third trimester portion of this famous abortion case, “is the only  part of Roe v. Wade that gives an exception to the otherwise almost absolute right under Roe v. Wade of a pregnant woman to end her pregnancy.  In the third trimester of Roe v. Wade she’s not allowed to under all circumstances-only to save her own health.”

Barbara Honegger tells Guns and Butter host, Bonnie Faulkner, the following:

In the above quote, Honegger refers to her white paper argument as a paradigm shift.  Now this is interesting, because as a policy advisor to the White House, she was in a position of influence which potentially could cause a major shift in the a priori definition of abortion; that it is a medical procedure done on a woman in order to terminate the life of a fetus. It is difficult for me to see that the facts of the organ transplant donation lawsuit represent the same boundaries of consent which are found in the normal abortion case.  If we consider the most common case of abortion, which involves a woman who has granted a man access to her body in an consensual sex act, she, as well as the man, were voluntarily risking  conception.

Barbara Honegger’s attempt to cause a paradigm shift in how we think of abortion, would appear to be a means of redefining terms so as to eliminate blood guilt.

Compare what Barbara Honegger did in attributing 9/11 blood guilt to those who were responsible for preventing access to the roof tops of two 110 story skyscrapers, with her attempt to eliminate the blood guilt in abortion.

At the heart of the matter of the problem of fire escapes in tall buildings is that the architects have limited by design, options which might conceivably have been built into the outside of the structure to allow persons to escape fires which had cut off the inner stairwells. Rescuing persons from the top of a 110 story building is difficult enough, without having to contend with the rising smoke from a major fire. The fact that present day fire evacuation plans for high rises does not meet the ideal goal, does not necessarily mean that those who are involved in policy making had evil intentions.

As a reminder of Honegger’s presentation on this matter, see the screenshot below referring to the success of the 9/11 Psy-Op as requiring a Critical Mass Of Innocent Deaths. In contrast to her harsh judgment on the motives of persons in the WTC fire escape plans, Barbara Honegger showed no such similar strictness in her white paper  on abortion.  In fact, her motive was to  create an air tight legal argument for justifying the act of taking the life of an innocent fetus. She seems rather pleased by her clever sophistry which results in a paradigm shift in thinking.  Is not the effecting of a paradigm shift the exact same thing as what we call a Psy-Op?You see, deep in the human heart, we know that we have to give an account one day of our deeds, whether we believe in God or not.  That is the fundamental reason why you will find that the orchestrated blood sacrifices of innocents which undergird Psy-Ops, also involves a clever web of sophistry, lies, and faulty arguments to justify their own blood guilt.

At first we were told that the Twin Towers were hit by commercial jets, then by missiles, then by holograms. Something is being reframed.  Barbara Honegger, through her family connections, gets a degree from Stanford University in creative writing, then a Masters in Parapsychology, becomes a research assistant which allows the ultra feminist Mizz Bluebeam to go to Washington D.C. to create an argument which would eliminate the guilt of the blood sacrifice of innocent newly conceived humans in the womb of their “Mother”.

What is at the end of the World Trade Center’s Trinity of Blue beams? As I understand it, it was Barbara Honegger who was responsible for getting the third beam authorized.  Might it have something to do with that other project known as Blue Beam? One wonders what Critical Mass of innocent deaths will have to be reached, for that event to occur, and whether the mounting count of abortions done in America since the 1960’s are reaching the sustained nuclear reaction stage of a Psy-Op which is more horrific than 9/11.
