This would be my first book and title by Michele Sinclair. I didn’t know this was part of a series. So, these books can be read as a stand-alone to the rest of the titles.
This book was slow in some places but really picked up its paces towards the end. The chemistry between Hamish and Mairead was okay. I will chalk this story up as a feel-good story with a twist of intrigue to make it interesting.
But if you’re a big fan of highlander romance, this would be one for your shelves.
