This was absolutely terrible. And, just plain sad. I typically love all things Sarina Bowen, but this book she had written in tandem with a person named “Tanya Eby,” should never be repeated. All the unnecessary exclamatory statements! All the cringe-worthy conversations between Brynn and her female besties! The screwball humor that just fell flat! It was just painful to read.
BTW, my wish that this collab never be repeated is a wish that came too late. Apparently, there’s a 2nd book coming out in this series. It’s. Not. Right. My only hope at this point is that I remember never to buy the 2nd installment (or any further installments, for that matter) of this series.
P.S. Merry Christmas and, if you’re reading this, I hope you’ve got a better book in your hands right now, ‘coz I am shtumped.
