See Jane Run is an incredibly fast paced novel where the main character, Riley, discovers lies, truths and so much more.
Throughout the book Riley battles many emotions, and more especially her anxiety. I liked reading Riley working through her anxiety attacks, and the other challenges that Riley faces in this story.
Another thing that I liked about See Jane Run is that, I was second guessing myself around every corner. There was nothing that I wasn’t suspicious about. And there were quite a few scenes that I didn’t expect–so there wasn’t much that I couldn’t predict. In fact, I couldn’t predict anything since like I said: everything was under suspicion.
I was kept on my toes from start to finish.
I ended up giving See Jane Run 2 of 5 stars on Goodreads.

Truly, Madly, Deadly was a book that I had been looking forward to reading for a long, long time. I had recommended this purchase to my library, and was honestly really surprised when I searched “Hannah Jayne”‘s name on their database and found that they had actually bought the books I’d recommended. Anyway, back to the review.
Truly, Madly, Deadly was slow on the uptake of the book. For a few chapters, everything was slow from McSlowville, and then suddenly the puzzle pieces were falling onto the proverbial table and the plot of this book was picking up speed.
I didn’t expect that ending to be honest! I didn’t expect the person who ended up being responsible, actually be responsible, you know? This book has a real case of “it was who you least expect it to be.”
I also enjoyed how easily I got wrapped up in Sawyer’s story. That, and Truly, Madly, Deadly was another incredibly fast read for me.
I ending up giving Truly, Madly, Deadly, 2 of 5 stars on Goodreads.
