Weekly update (week 1/2)

Hey guys! Today I have my current weight loss stats and some progress pictures to share. I was discouraged to climb on the scale this morning and find there was no change. It made me frustrated at first, but then made me take a look at what I did last week. Although a majority of the food I ate was good, there were a few too many mistakes that I didn’t realize I was making. I had a donut hole, ice cream and pretzels with peanut butter and these did not help me whatsoever to reach my goal.

This week, I know I am going to iHop on Friday, so I will be increasing my workouts by about 10 minutes each day (100 calories) so that I will burn off whatever I get there. Other than that, I will be having no junk food for the rest of the week. Although I am not happy with my results from last week, I am to blame for it. I will definitely work harder this week and be more aware of what I am eating!

Goals:

  • Eat 150 grams of protein per day
  • Drink four 24oz waters a day
  • Eat more in the morning and less at night
