review 1: I never expected to find the book thrilling and exciting. the first few chapters were a bit cheezy with all the love and devotion darcy and elizabeth shows. it took me a glimpse of how their marriage have been which i seldom see or read from other books. the exciting part for me where darcy lost his memory and even his love for elizabeth vanished. i admire elizabeth for being strong in facing that challenge in their mariage life. i do love happy ending and theirs was one that is so sweet and dear.
review 2: I love reading about some of my favorite characters in literary history - the Darcy's and Bennett's! But I'd prefer that the language is more authentically Austen. Jeffers weaves an interesting story but her constant call-back to direct P&P quotes (many from
... more the awful Kiera Knightley movie!) was distracting and at times downright obnoxious. Overall - not a bad read. I'd just like to see the authors voice change in future books. less

This was one of the better P&P sequels I've read. It was believable and romantic without being racy.

I loved getting the story from "Darcy's" point of view. I wonder if this is how Austen saw him ...

Meh. Can't give Mr. And Mrs. Darcy one star, but I really should.
