review 1: I had all my nasty remarks lined up as i read this book (the remarks were way harsher than this in my mind). About how the pyte is so cool from the begining of the book to how lame they become afterwards....bloodlust my ass! They're too many things going on at the same time, too many characters that could have been overlooked. I mean, christofer was ancient, experimented upon during world war, Cloe was abused as a teen and marked by a shifter, yet all the author was concerned about was them bloodlusting and getting laid.I thought twilight was stupid, this sure takes the cake. The idea is there dont get me wrong its the authors focus thats getting my panties in a bunch. It was like reading the previous book, same ol' s@&!
review 2: Like all her books, this one w
... moreas fantastic! Great story, great twist for Danny and Caine and an awesome update on all the other characters that we love!I honestly can't wait for Kale to find a mate, I hope she is a Pyte, who hates Alpha Werewolves and hates sweets! He deserves a mate who gives him a run for his money, yeah, for all that money that he has collected over the years!Christofer's story was sweet and heartbreaking, I loved that he was stronger than all the other Pytes we know, but he didn't make a big deal out of it! I do hope to see more of him in the coming books! No matter what genre Mathewson writes, she nails it, every.single.time! less
