review 1: Mandy Mitchell does not have karma on her side. She's gone from homecoming queen, to wealthy wife to her current stage - a maid at a luxury hotel. What could be worse? A fellow classmate who was always jealous of Mandy who is currently her supervisor and may be her boss in the near future - at least long enough to fire Mandy. To make matters worse another former classmate is staying at the hotel, Zeke Nicholas. The story was good the connection between the hero & heroine was sufficiently hot but at the end I ended up thinking " That's it". It needed to be fleshed out about with more background about the characters.
review 2: Kind of a cheesy/stereotypical premise: Geek in high school becomes a billionaire and the homecoming queen becomes a maid. Otherwise, well
... more-written story and believable characters. The one thing that annoyed me, as happens often with "billionaire" themed books is the constant reference to their money. Not that I know any billionaires, but do they really go around bringing that up all the time? I was amused, however, by the name "Niners" for the recreational softball team. I was also disappointed to get to the end of the book without a completion of the sexy scenes between Zeke and Mandy--so much chemistry and the reader never got the reward at the end! less

Really good story with plenty of secrets and twist, plus a genuinely cute happy ending.

Short and sweet. I really liked Zeke a lot - I am quite partial to sexy geeks. :)
