review 1: 3.5 stars, rounded up.High school deb makes a bad decision (surprise!) and now she's cleaning toilets for a living. High school geek turns into Superman and makes billions of dollars. Bumps into the down on her luck deb and his infatuation with her rekindles, but now he has to prove he's not just another rich bad boy.Characterizations were sharp, the story was good. Ultimately, I suppose I prefer my characters to be more "everyday" to be relatable, so the beauty queen and the billionaire premise is what made me downgrade my rating, but that's a personal opinion and has nothing to do with the quality of this well-done book.
review 2: This was a very light read. Zeke /Ezekiel was once a nerd in high school who had a crush on the head cheerleader Mandy. Fast for
... moreward years later to his surprise that the woman who comes to clean his hotel room is none other than his crush. He is no longer a geek but has grown into a handsome rich man who secretly still carries a torch for his high school crush. What transpire is he makes a deal with Mandy to be his pretend girlfriend for the week he was going to be in town. A very light enjoyable read with only one major conflict. less
