review 1: This story is rated low because it wasn't that good. I got what I needed out of it (one sitting story) and the story wasn't so bad that it ruined the whole experience for me, so that's saying something. But overall, this was just OK.Sometimes short stories are amazing but I get the impression a great short story is really hard to write. I don't read them for their greatness, I read them for the bite sized story. I like reading them in one sitting.
review 2: Anya King is the personal assistant to Nathan Banks and his highly successful company. She hides her attraction to Nathan because she doesn't believe in mixing business with pleasure, and there are rumors going around that Nathan is a dud in bed. What Anya doesn't know is that Nathan himself started those r
... moreumors to keep women from chasing after him for his wealth. Nathan signs himself and Anya up for a team building workshop, not realizing it is a workshop for couples. This book starts with Nathan telling Anya that they will be attending this workshop, but not about his mistake in what it really is. I was immediately drawn into their world and glued to the very end. I loved the flow, the humor, the heat, and the wonderful happing ending. Though this was not a long book, it told a hot and steamy story about two people who have known eachother and harbored secret attractions, so the chemistry was already there. I can not wait to see what is next for Sam Crescent as this book is going on my keeper shelf. less
