review 1: Lock MacRyrie, of the clan MacRyrie, is hands-down my favorite shapeshifter boyfriend of all time. He is fabulous and while I could expound on his finest qualities I risk sounding as if I am still in middle school. This is a great book filled with laughter, friendship and ridiculous characters who do and say ridiculous things. I love it and if Lock were real, my husband of twenty years would probably need to step up his game.
review 2: Fourth book in and I'm completely addicted to this series! I'm in love with Shelly Laurenston's characters and the one big happy family they all make together. I love how the author brings characters back from previous books, and how everyone is so connected to eachother. I am thorougly enjoying myself with the smokin' love sc... moreenes and the witty banter. I also really appreciate how little relationship angst there is in the novels. There are no triangles and while a couple might have reservations, once they're in, they're in. It's so refreshing and wonderful to focus on other things besides "who is she going to pick?!?". Can't recommend this series highly enough! less
