review 1: Ack! This was frustrating! I quite liked the story but it was so short and it just ends at a cliffhanger! If I had known it was going to be some kind of extended teaser for the ACTUAL book that isn't out yet I wouldn't have bothered buying it. If this book is included in the full-length book coming out >:-( If this book isn't included in the full-length book coming out :-)Despite this frustration though it was really interesting.I like poor Ian (I was thinking in earlier books he really got the short end of the sucky stick) and so far really like his sheva, Catherine/Alice/?, but WHAT IS SHE?! Guess I have to wait...le sigh...
review 2: k here's the thing I hate Novellas they are a waste of my time and freakin make me angry when I have to pay for part of ... morea damn story. It seems to me it's just like a comercial for the book industry which is really sad. I would rather pay full price and get the full story. I bet if someone would do a study they would find that most of the books put out after a stupid novella do not have as good a review because the reader is still wanting to know what happened in the last story and what is going to happen so they are thinking about that and trying to concentrate on a new story. It's like leaving the turkey stuffed and ready to cook and then finishing the rest of thanksgiving dinner and serving. People are going hey I thought I saw a damn turkey what happened. It leaves a whole, it makes them mad and the next book in your series they read they read with a grudge and only half a mind, (which most people already only operate on half a mind as it is so thats pretty scary!)Ok that being said I can not wait to read the full story and it had better be good I deserve a signed copy for being put through all this crap LOL!!!!!!Really I can't wait I know it will be good! less
